The Livestock Information Programme is breaking new ground in industry-government collaboration.
We are working with The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and its agencies; The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) and the livestock industry, to co-create a service that meets the needs of all. This partnership was brought to life through the Traceability Design User Group (TDUG) – a representative group of more than 20 trade, government and academia specialists from across the meat and livestock industry. TDUG was set up as a user advisory group to ensure that user needs are at the heart of the Livestock information Service.
The current interim chair of TDUG is John Cross.
