The postal address for returning completed paper LIS movement documents for sheep, goat and deer (LIS-1, LIS-2 and LIS-S) is changing. As of Monday 16^th June 2025, all forms must be sent to the following address:

c/o Defra,
PO Box 407,
Worksop,
S80 9HP

Updated movement documents are available to download from the Livestock Information Service dropdown on the Livestock Information website. If you wish to use any movement forms you already have, these documents will be accepted and processed, provided they are sent to the new address listed above.

If you have recently posted a movement document to the previous Workington address, these will be processed as normal and there is no need to re-send any forms or documentation.
